Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Digital Twin Specialist to support our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and updating 3D digital twin models, working with laser scanning data, and coordinating with engineering data for asset maintenance and inspection workflows. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering design and standards, as well as proficiency in interpreting technical documentation such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Familiarity with industry-leading tools like Leica Cyclone or LFM Modeler is a plus. While training will be provided for V-Suite Core, candidates must demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Management and Updates
   • Manage and maintain 3D digital twin models using the V-Suite platform (V-Suite Core).
   • Import and update CAD models into the Master Model Workspace to ensure alignment with the latest design specifications.
   • Work with third-party laser scan data, importing and integrating it into the Physical Data Workspace.
   • Verify and align laser scan data with existing model data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

1. Workspace Organization and Optimization
   • Organize and refine asset hierarchies within specialized workspaces, such as Inspection and Maintenance Workspaces.
   • Update workspaces with marked points, inspection points, and procedural documentation to support maintenance and inspection workflows.

1. Knowledge View Configuration
   • Create and configure Knowledge Views tailored to highlight high-priority assets and facilitate inspection and maintenance tasks

1. User and Administrative Support
   • Set up user access rights and permissions, ensuring secure and efficient use of the V-Suite platform.
   • Provide troubleshooting and support for end users accessing V-Suite models remotely.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in laser scanning data management and modeling, ideally using tools such as Leica Cyclone, LFM Modeler, or similar software.
• Proficiency in engineering design, with a focus on piping design and structural standards.
• Familiarity with engineering and design specifications, including piping material standards, structural standards, and asset component types.
• Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure data accuracy and model integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D digital twin technology, particularly V-Suite Core (training will be provided).
• Knowledge of model management processes, including Model Management of Change (MMoC).
• Familiarity with maintenance and inspection workflows in industrial environments such as refineries, chemical plants, or power plants.
