Job Description:

 Role Summary
The Engineering Coordinator & Document Controller manages the engineering review process and controls all technical documentation issued
by the Engineering Company. The role acts as the main coordination and communication point between the Owner / PMC and the Engineering
Company.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary interface between the Engineering Company and the Owner / PMC engineering team.
• Establish, maintain, and update the Master Document Register (MDR).
• Control document numbering, revisions, and formal distribution.
• Issue documents for multidisciplinary review and collect comments.
• Track review status, turnaround times, and comment close-out.
• Coordinate engineering review schedules and priorities.
• Organize and chair design and technical review meetings.
• Ensure alignment and consistency between engineering disciplines.
• Issue consolidated review responses and formal approval status.
• Maintain complete records of approvals, comments, and revisions. 
• Ensure only approved documents are released for procurement or construction.
