Job Overview 

We are looking at hiring an CEO / Engineering Manager / Project Director to take control of the complete establishment and route the growth of the company with profit sharing basis having full control of the establishment and take forward the heritage with the merits of the organization towards growth. The company has a very high net worth and enough funds to expand but needs an appropriate CEO / Engineering Manager to grow, expand and maintain the establishment with the present Director. The role would be challenging but not difficult as the company has a well-established past, history, associates, merits etc. worldwide. The role would be profit sharing with salary and the same can be discussed over meetings. The role would be 100% responsibility to obtain the business and execute the work. He will have full control of the establishment. Finances will not be an issue provided the business plan and proposal proposed is lucrative and profitable. 

Responsibilities  

• Responsible as sole representative of the Company
• Work closely with the Owner.
• Obtain new business.
• Day to day running of the establishment. 
• Establish competent project personnel.
• Establish a sub-contractor data base.
• Gauge progress of various projects
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Collaborate with the owner to create new business.
• Propose budgets for various projects.
• Create reports to give updates on projects.
• Attend trade shows and conferences with owner as a company representative.
• Train new employees

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Fluent in English
• May be retired. 
• Must be from Mumbai.
• Must be able to bring new business to the Company. 
• Must have worked in a design engineering organization serving the oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical, and other process plant industries.
• Great analytical and math skills
• Incredible problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with many other teams.
• Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product.
• MBA or master’s in engineering preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers.
• Ability to give constructive criticism.
• Ability to make decisions quickly.
